What if I needed access for something of importance? A broken keypad is not customer issue but facility issue of Extra Storage!

The entry keypad is difficult to use when the temperature drops. Twelve degrees today and it took four attempts to get the gate to open. I suspect the electronic components are out of specifications. The exit keypad is the same model and works fine.

If I ask a question, he has a quick and knowledgeable answer. If I need help and ask for it, he's always given more than I've asked for. The facility itself is also well-kept, well-lit, and all of the units have easy accessibility. Wide hallways also help move your items in and out. The other facilities I toured before landing on this one did not come close to how this facility is kept. I've gone through 2 moves while having this as my storage facility and have never thought of moving to another location or company. Customer service and cleanliness are rare nowadays so this is definitely a hidden gem.
