  We’ve been customers at Extra Space Storage for about 8 years now, and that alone should say a lot about the level of service here. Over that time, Tom Gorski has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. It’s rare to find someone who brings the same level of professionalism, reliability, and genuine care year after year, but Tom does exactly that. He’s always been approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything we’ve needed—whether it’s questions, adjustments, or just making sure we’re taken care of. There’s never been any pressure, just straightforward honesty and a clear commitment to doing right by his customers. That kind of consistency is a big reason we’ve stayed as long as we have. The facility itself has always been clean, secure, and well-kept, which gives us total confidence in storing our belongings there. But what really separates this place is the customer service. Tom treats you like more than just another unit number—he actually values the relationship, and that goes a long way.   I’ve been a customer at Extra Space Storage for over eight years, and throughout that time I’ve used multiple units—including a 10x10, a 10x20, and even outdoor storage. The consistency in quality and service is exactly why I’ve stayed so long. A huge part of that experience is thanks to Tom Gorski, the store manager. Tom is the definition of professionalism—always knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping customers find the right solution. No matter what I needed over the years, he made the process easy and stress-free. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me complete confidence storing my belongings there. But what really sets this location apart is Tom’s customer service. He goes above and beyond every time, and that level of care is rare to find.
