I asked many questions and voiced concerns which he was able to answer professionally and without hesitation thus confirming my feelings Tom knows the business he is working in. Side note I am in my 70’s and so appreciated his patience with me. The extra bonus is the clean facility, easy access to my unit and security that Extra Space Storage provides for me.
