  The machine dropped the new key inside of itself instead of dispensing it. You can see 5 or 6 other keys that have met similar fates. Prices are already pretty ridiculous for an automated machine, let alone one that barely works. Dont pay extra for their silly “smooth cut” either. Thats a deburring that used to be done for free, just rub the edges of your keys against each other to knock off any slivers that hold on. Absolutely comical.

  Every time I have a key made by a minute key machine, it's a perfect cut every time! There is no jiggling the key or any kind of manipulation to make it work in the lock, it just works perfectly.

  Had information saved in the system so I wouldn't need to bring physical key in but there was no option to pull up saved information. Very dissappointing.

  Used a kiosk to make multiple copies of an apartment key. The copy process was quick and accurate; all keys worked when tested. Very much like the ability to save a digital copy of the key for later use if necessary. I hope security at the website is sufficiently strong.
