I ordered a snowblower that was promised to be delivered on Monday, February 2, 2026 in the morning. That morning at 8:07am, I was sent a text saying, your "...order will be delivered to..." (my address), "Does Tue, Feb 03 still work for the delivery? I answered, "Yes". They said that they "...will send a 4-hour window the night before." They did, saying it will be "Tue, Feb. 03, 07:30 Am-11:30 AM. At 7:55AM the next day, I received a confirmation that it would be delivered within the time window promised. Disappointingly, it was not delivered until 3:05pm; which forced a very important medical health video consultation, at 3:00pm to be cancelled. The doctors office told me to reschedule because they could not wait any longer. Lowe's let me down twice in that situation. Every time I called them to confirm that the delivery would be made before 3:00pm, my calls were pass from one person to the next. Not even a manager would exercise the courtesy of speaking to me when I asked for a manager. I'm very disappointed with Lowe's. It was a $1,300.00 snowblower. I was not wasting their time over a screw driver.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
