As we prepare for our first, we spent hours visiting different stores and researching couches and are so happy we ultimately decided on a sactional. Chris was incredibly knowledge and was super helpful with regards to ideal configurations, as well as pet and kid friendly fabrics. Never felt an ounce of pressure to make a decision along the way - just someone to ask questions to and provide expertise. Was a great buying experience and would certainly recommend!
