For three months after my initial visit, I was repeatedly told that I would receive a call once the necessary part arrived. That call never happened not once. I followed up multiple times by phone and was consistently told they were “working on it” and that I would hear back soon. I never did. I even went in person to check on the status, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Eventually, I gave up. It’s unacceptable to continuously tell customers you’re waiting on a part when no follow-up ever occurs. At one point, I was even told they had simply “forgotten,” which speaks volumes about how customer requests are handled here. If you value honest communication and follow-through, I would not recommend relying on this business.
