Martin tested my water sample & then spent time with me to explain my water issues & recommend proper chemicals. He then gave me a detailed printout of steps to follow based on my hot tub, it’s size and my water test results. Amazing customer service, can’t get that personal service from an internet search. Loyal Leslie’s customer from now on.

- AMAlejandro MunozMay 22, 20231.0the sand filter and pump is 75D, sold by leslie and made by GAME. THE COLLAR NEVER SEALS. The plastic MANIFOLD was expanded and broken, the pump store in my basement only 3 month for winter never works again, and y bought the product just 10 month ago. Leslie pool product have warranties, but they told me i have to pay $180.00 for the inspection and if the product is damaged i have to pay plus delivery. The same pump cost on amazon $175.00 and free delivery. Really bad customer service. Also i've contact the brand GAME, they discontinued the 75D. I left a message to an automatic answer machine, that never answer! Game and Leslie are twins in this situation.
