- NNNicole4 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. Me and my aunt could not find Christmas table cloths, asked who I believe was the manager (tall white male with glasses) where they were. I guess I was imposing on him because he looked at me and my aunt like we did something wrong. Huffed and puffed and pointed to where they were. I still didn’t find them. I had to look elsewhere and there they were. I saw him earlier assisting a white women and he helped her around and was very nice a cordial. I typically don’t play the race card, but my impression was that I wasn’t the type he wanted to help. It’s disgusting and petty. Leave your hate at home and do your woek work. This will also be escalated to corporate. And will never return to this Hobby Lobby. You all made need some type of customer service training and remind your employees…that black people do indeed go shopping for Chris items…ridiculous
