  My mother just called me crying after going to Hobby Lobby to return some items she didn’t like for the house. While she was standing in line, a woman working at the front door was being aggressive and asking her disrespectful questions. My mom tried to walk away to diffuse the situation, but the woman called after her saying, “Come here, I’m talking to you.” My mom responded by saying she’s not a child and asked who she thought she was speaking to. The whole situation really upset her. She felt disrespected and aggravated, and she called me in tears. She said she shouldn’t have to feel like this, especially since going to the store is something she does to clear her mind and help her relax. The woman at the front door was very aggressive and disrespectful toward her, even though my mom didn’t do anything to provoke it. What makes it worse is that my mom says this seems to happen every time she goes there. Just with a bad attitude.

  Really nice place to buy affordable arts and crafts. No internet required. Easiy returns if necessary. Very well stocked and great sales.
