He was polite, professional, and had such a pleasant demeanor throughout the entire process. The installation was clean and well done. He wore boot covers to protect the carpet and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. Jude, who scheduled everything and got the process started, was excellent as well. From start to finish, the entire experience at Goldy Locks was smooth and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Grant, Jude, and the team at Goldy Locks!

- SGS GFeb 7, 20261.0I trusted Goldylocks to put a bottom lock for my mother-in-law‘s handle. They told me that they would and they said the job was done. They didn’t put a lock on the bottom as promised. They also never called me to let me know that this was not possible for them to achieve. I called Jacob and he said she wouldn’t be safe even with the lock anyway cause you can just use a credit card to open the door. Then Jacob the installer said well I’m not working today and hung up on me. This is very disappointing and shocking. I cannot recommend the service at all.
