Sales staff were excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful, and pricing was competitive with a great selection. The purchase process was smooth. However, the installation experience through Lowe’s contractor Maersk was very poor. Delivery timing was inconsistent, and the installers were rushed, unprofessional and returned later to get equipment they forgot. They damaged the dryer vent and failed to properly secure the vent hose. A claim was filed to replaced the damaged vent elbow and properly secure the dryer vent to the back of dryer for safety reasons. Maersk denied the claim. Great store and staff but installation quality needs serious improvement and will result in us shopping other sources for our appliance needs.

- BMBethany MooreMar 2, 20265.0I’m kicking myself for not getting their names but the young lady in paint and the gentleman in flooring. The girl in paint was very knowledgeable and kind. All we needed was just a quart of black paint for my son’s room and we needed to match a small piece from it. She knew what sheen it was as I had no clue and thankfully she was able to figure it out. The gentleman in flooring unfortunately was not able to get us the carpet that we originally came for but we switched because we aren’t picky. Just needed a gray color. Because we didn’t leave with what we intended, he did discount it for us. My husband and I appreciate it greatly. He wore a veterans Lowe’s vest, it was camo color and had short salt and pepper hair. We will be back for sure because of them. Please recognize them if it’s figured out! Good help is hard to find!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
