Don’t be a grown woman who looks young for her age and deal with one of their male employees at this location who I refuse to name out of kindness—he’ll condescend you like you’re young and have no idea what you’re getting into, and then when you show him the store website asking for help with something in stock he’ll ask you in an uninterested way “why you need that”—mansplain what it is, and proceed to say they don’t have it in stock even though the website LITERALLY says they do..:and then you and your other female friend go thorough the entire lumber section, scan each barcode with the app, and manage to find exactly what you’re looking for on your own.

Came in to buy something I saw online. It was a different price in person but not at this location, so I have to drive clear out of my way to go get the same item.... what stupidity is this place!? Do you not care about customers anymore and just about making a small profit vs one store?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
