Ordered washer/dryer installation. Delivery drivers were late then refused to deliver and install the product due to snow being on the ground (not actively snowing). Driveway could easily be backed into, my wife's prius made it in the driveway. Driver said he was scared he "may slip". Hire a deliver company who aren't sissys, or don't offer installation during the winter in Illinois.
