They have 6 self checkouts and only one person they have to pay a wage to register. I went to the live person register because the light was on but no one was there. There was a group of 3 employees standing in front of the self checkouts. I stood there and was looking over at them for a couple minutes and one asked if I needed something. Told him ya i would like to buy these two items. One of the other ones came over and acted like it was my fault cause i didn't say anything. I said that i wasn't aware i needed to beg someone to do their job. Very poor customer service. Pretty soon they will require you to stock a shelf or unload a truck before you can purchase something from there. Corporate greed at its finest.

Spent thousands of dollars on a dishwasher oven and refrigerator. All Samsung appliances. The dishwasher did not make it a year. It had a bad main control board that was obsolete already had to replace it. The warranty was up because it sat in the garage for a few months before we installed it. Turns out Samsung only makes dishwashers that make it one only year. Our oven has broken down twice in two years and we’re getting ready to replace it. Turns out Samsung ovens only make it about a year and a half our refrigerator icemaker quit. I’m gonna repair it but it’s starting to look like Samsung refrigerators. Make it about two years. Thanks for selling me a bunch of crap Lowe’s. I won’t be buying anything from you ever again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
