What amazes me is that there are only 3 registers open and there are 3 employees literally standing by the registers talking and laughing with no obvious concern over the 10+ people in line at each register I applaud everyone that comes to work and appreciate the struggle but when people are waiting and employees are standing right there doing nothing, it is not a good look. Not good customer service.
