  Purchased a media console with fireplace. When it arrived I picked it up brought it home and opened the box. It was the correct console but no fireplace. When I called the salesperson admitted he ordered the wrong one [appreciate his honesty]. I was then told it would be an additional $300+ dollars to order the correct one. My receipt said w/ fr. Manager said that just means it is an option. The box said with fireplace option. Not optional. I asked for it to be picked up and they said it would be 9 days to pick it up. I hauled it back and was able to get my money back but could not believe they would not stand behind what they sold me. Will not be returning.

  I went in to purchase a new reclining sofa and was greeted immediately. Was off to a great start. I was confused because my sales person, I think her name was Cortney, was dressed like any other customer. She looked like she was in pajamas. This is fine. However she became pushy quite fast. I ultimately decided not to purchase from this store based on the customer service. I don’t want to feel like I’m being forced to buy something so they can make commission off of me. Very unprofessional.

  Just a heads-up for future Furniture Row customer's. A lot of their furniture is from PK China a company in China. I bought a manual rocker recliner and it started grinding when we would rock. I bought it June of 2024 and the grinding started almost immediately and just recently the lever to recline which is plastic just broke, so now I have no way to recline. I bought a 5 piece Table and chairs set around the same time and I put something on it that thawed out and now it too is ruined from the water. I bought some night stands that did the same thing. So I will never buy furniture from them again, and I suggest if you are thinking of buying any furniture from them that you check who the manufacturer is, because if it's from China I wouldn't buy any of it, because it's all junk and not worth the money their charging!

  Crystal was very helpful in choosing the right couch for my wife and I, several other furniture stores that we had searched at in the area didn’t feel like we were given the chance to look around and find/try out without a salesperson constantly questioning our thoughts on what we would like. Overall a great shopping experience.

  Back in November 2024 a mechanism broke on our Nautilis sectional sofa. We called the store and we were told we had to call another guy who does repairs for them. So we call this guy and he tells us to send him a picture of the underneath of the recliner portion of the sofa. He then tells us what we needed to order and that we have to call the store back to place this order. So we placed the order. It is now almost the end of January and we have been told several times no one can find anything under our name and then they tell us Was ordered but it's coming from Vietnam or Thailand or something. We have to be patient, it's on a shipping container we have to wait until enough things are ordered blah blah blah. Not once when we ordered this sofa did anyone tell us if anything went wrong we'd have to wait forever for replacement parts. At this point the manager has said he may have to order an entirely new recliner for the sofa and when it arrives and who knows when that will be, hopefully the leather matches but if it doesn't they'll have to swap the mechanisms. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. We should've been made aware of this at the time or at least at some point before purchase. They did confirm that most of their furniture does not have replacement parts coming from overseas. Why were we not told this?
