  Payton was extremely helpful. She explained the different mattresses available for my purchase of a daybed and which one would be best. She made it easy for me to make my decision.

  We walked in looking for a Tempur-Pedic Ergo King Split and left purchasing one. After a very knowledgeable sales associate, which show us all the features of the Queen, which would be duplicated on the King Split, we were sold, except for the price. Through various Sale Options, we were able to purchase the Split King we wanted. I was very surprised by the various firmnesses, massage functions, and lifts for head/feet which helps with snoring. One easy to learn controls and you'll be a pro with it.

  Two young kids playing on their phones when I arrived. I had to ask them who was in charge. Nether one owned up to that. I made a comment about them being on their phones and they acted like it was no big deal. I asked them if they would like to sell me something and after some discussion they decided which one of them that would be. After looking the box spring up on the computer I was wanting to purchase I was told the price and asked if I would like to purchase it. I asked if I could at least see it first. I was shown whatI was going to buy after asking to see it. Overall not the best experience I have had. I don’t like being hounded in a store, but I would appreciate being noticed like I was at Furniture Row next door. I think you guys could do better. I know it was a Sunday and I know it was not a very busy day, but if you are going to get paid to do s job, at least do the job.
