I needed my pool water tested as I had just opened the pool within the last week and wanted to see where my chemical levels were at. The sales associate went ahead and did the test right away as nobody was really in the store when we first walk in. Once the test was done he came back and said your levels of metals are very high and some other issues that I really did not understand. He then said you just need to empty your pool. I ask him if he was telling me that I need to completely empty my pool that I just filled up… He proceeds to tell me in a condescending way that he did not mean completely why would you do that, you need to remove about 12 inches. Then he just walks away from us and helps someone else. So other than telling us to empty our pool he provided no other help on fixing any of our chemical issues. I could not believe how rude that was as he absolutely provided no real direction on what I need to do to with our pool. If this is how your employees are going to interact with your customers and pretty much rudely brush you off then we will not be going back.
