This would be my fourth set of La-Z-Boy family room furniture! I love the new designs. Actually, there were so many choices that Randy suggested the designer come to my house and give me a hand choosing.. Free of charge.! She was able to come Within days, and I am looking very forward to meeting with her! I highly recommend the staff at the La-Z-Boy in South Elgin! Randy is professional knowledgeable and extremely friendly with great ideas!

We would have appreciated knowing their letter system as it relates to the overall cost of our custom choices though. Basically they use the alphabet in their codes, and the later the letter the more expensive the cost. We didn’t know that and it would’ve helped steer some of our decisions, otherwise we had a great experience!
