But what I needed was in stock at a great price so I gave them a shot. We’ll, I had such a great overall buying experience and they will certainly be number one as a future source of supply. Typically I would look at eBay or amazon or OEM but I’m putting Russo at the top of my list as my first source supply to find items I need. Ordering, shipping time, delivery dates, I had constant updates on my order and it arrived as specified and everything was packed so well, it was like I packed it myself. I’m still flabbergasted that I had never heard of them, shame on me.

I took it to the same shop again to get fixed AGAIN. It’s been a month now and no word. I just called them and spoke with someone in service and they said they had no information at all. This tells me it’s never been looked at. I informed her that the mower is still under warranty and she tells me now they have to file a claim. We told them this when we dropped it off a month ago. So my advice for anyone needing their equipment back in a timely fashion is to find another shop
