- SSSwing SingJan 19, 20261.0Got an email stating my order is ready. Came to the store and clicked I am here button and went inside the store. Because the website said all items are delayed unlike the confirmation email that I received, I stood in the line to check with the cashier. The female cashier told me to wait as they’re working on my order without look up anything. So I waited and waited. Apparently there was an error which no one bothered to care and I’ve been waiting for my order for 25 mins until I finally called out to get additional assistance. When a male staff brought my order, I noticed the items that I received weren’t complete. When I asked if these are all, he started to look me down and gave dirty look. With attitude he treated me if I was a criminal. That’s honestly how he made me feel which was definitely unnecessary and unacceptable. He then walked away and radioed someone who came to me asking to walk towards him. Really? Why couldn’t he do that by himself? He made me discriminated. Even when I told him directly that there’s no reason for him to give me such attitude, his behavior hasn’t changed. He still gave me such dirty look and attitude which made me cancelling my oder. I absolutely won’t return unless there’s positive changes. Such hateful attitude towards customers is not acceptable.
