  I bought a piece of furniture here. They told me I could change the covers whenever I wanted, even the foam inside, and that the best part was it had a lifetime warranty. But they never told me that just changing the cover on my furniture would cost me $3,000. And I paid $5,000 for my furniture. I let myself be tricked by the salesperson. Ask everything before buying anything here because, I like my furniture for sure but no one ever told me for just the cover it will be to much! I was about to change then por for this summer. Not good business, I’m not happy.

  My wife and I were interested in purchasing couches for our basement. We worked with Matt at the Schaumburg location. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Just as important, he was not pushy. He gave us time to think and he patiently answered all of our questions. We purchased a 6 piece sactional for our basement, and we're excited for its arrival.

  Staff was threatening and aggressive. Sat down and they turned the music up so loud it hurt. We asked them to turn it down and they laughed and turned it up louder. We were literally there to buy and they drove us out of the store.

  Our experience was very helpful. Our salesperson went above and beyond trying to help us get a vision for various lovesac configurations that would work for our new house
