    David made the experience of buying our 9 th Lazy Boy pleasant. He definitely enjoys his job. He was patience and knowledgeable. It’s a large purchase and needs careful thought. The swatches were definitely a large help in making the final choice. Thank you David ! Our return visit was more stressful, Alex needs to take lessons from David. He seemed annoyed that we did not return on Saturday when David had hours. The swatches were do back the next day on Friday so other people could see them . Lazy Boy is our first choice!

    I have purchased chairs from Lazy Boy previously, returned after a number of years due to the good quality of their product. The recliner I purchased is excellent , great quality and easy to use. Service at the Schaumburg store is great. The sales lady was knowledgeable and pleasant, she showed me all the alternatives so that I could make an educated decision. Their delivery is timely and good. If you need good sofas and recliners checkout La-z-Boy
