I was there the next morning when they opened and when I checked the shelf, the yarn was not there. I asked an associate is she could help and she said if it’s not on the shelf someone must have purchased it (highly unlikely). When I questioned the likelihood due to the timing, she basically became very rude and walked away. I eventually found the yarn in a completely different location. No one offered to help me look. I live 30 minutes away and drove to Schaumburg just for this item. I will never go back to that location again.
