- TCTori Cifrino1 day ago5.0Could not have been an easier experience. We called and were told a great price for both an outdoor and temperature controlled units. The nice lady on the phone got us setup with exactly what we needed and helped us rent the units and setup auto pay over the phone. She gave us very specific instructions of how to open the gate and where the lock would be for our units. We were able to access them same day. Absolutely would use Extra Space Storage again!

Staff goes beyond the extra mile with service, always friendly, easily approachable. I honestly don't think you can go wrong at all. I have been using a temperature controlled unit for over 4+ years. In fact I was using it before it became extra space storage and the service only got better in my opinion. Don't get me wrong tho the staff before was doing great job to and I knew the staff then as well. legit never had any issues. They provide carts to move boxes, crates, totes, bins. It's easier to load and unload. i recommend taking advantage bring cart to car load it up hold door open and just roll on in like you own the place or vice versa if you need to take things out. so yeah only other thing I can say is really, is try and get in on a Deal/Discount and reserve quick cause they will go fast by the next day. The staff will work with you just talk to them. It's why they say they are so friendly cause its true.
