Doug came out to bring me lots of samples and ideas - and recommended that I upgrade to motorized shades on many windows due to how tall they were and hard to reach. His fabric suggestions on the roller shades was perfect! I love my new shades. From the start with talking with Lisette to set up the appointment and get an idea of what I was looking for, to Doug coming out to show me everything and measure my windows to the install with Dan (who was also very professional and was very careful installing and made sure I knew how to operate my new motorized shades and how to charge them in the future), I received the best service from any contractor I have ever hired. They are a great team and providing excellent customer service is their top priority! I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends and family about them as well! I hope to add some draperies next year too and I can not wait to work with them again!
