A brunette middle aged woman with no name tag approached me and rudely said, “Do you guys know we’re closing in six minutes?” This was confusing because the store announcement stated they were closing in 10 minutes. When I told her her comment was rude, she responded, “I don’t care, you’re walking around with a drink in your hand when we’re about to close.” I found this interaction extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was only stopping briefly to check something and planned to leave promptly. Even if the store was closing, there was no reason for an employee to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful manner. Overall, this was very poor customer service.
