- RZRyan ZanderJan 3, 20261.0I rented a space for 67 dollars a month then after 4 months, and now its november they upped my rate to 122!!! When i called and asked about it i was told that was normal and they up rates to match the other storage facilites near by. So i called a near by one and got a space for 56 dollars a month. When i called back i was told they would lower to 76...smh. Now i'm sure they'll offer a move in special at a lower rate then i had.... Terrible business practice, i DO NOT recommend but if you do rent here, keep an eye on your invoices. Fyi i just checked and now they are offering the space 51....its crazy that anyone would treat their customers this way. Smh In response to the owner... I did after you double my rent without notice, you guys said the 76 was the lowest you could and that you would have no problem renting it for more.......any more comments?

Rented a space for our camper, signed a contract at $57 per month. 3 months in we received a note telling us that there was a bogus promotional period and our new monthly total was now doubled to $114. Watch out for the bait and switch. We cancelled immediately, which is probably what they wanted. Now they can move in someone willing to pay a lot more. Shame on them for this business practice. Stay clear! Response to owners reply: Yes, this does reflect your values. Just because you reply to these posts apologizing, it doesn't mean you're a good business. The fact that you allow innocent folks to move all their items in, get settled and then double the rent is disgusting. Most have no choice now because it would be too much work to move out.
