So she led me to an outlet that worked I plugged it in found out it was okay put it in my storage unit and then I needed a plastic bag to cover the tank and she magically popped out with one of those as well hahaha That's What I call great service keep up the job Berly !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Before calling this location, I had called several other storage places, and honestly, no one was as kind, patient, or helpful as he was. From the very first call, he treated me with respect, took the time to answer every single question I had, and made sure I completely understood everything about the unit, the fees, and the process. I was stressed and unsure about what I needed, but he made everything so easy and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his job. He went above and beyond to help me find the best option for my situation and made me feel like I was in good hands. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely want to help, and Theodore truly made a difference. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and kindness he showed me.
