They sent 3 people, and after 3.5 hours of cleaning, we found many areas that were not even touched - dusty, dirty (common area, bathrooms, kitchen). They offered to send someone back within 24 hours, which was not possible for us as we had other services planned that same day and were moving in the next day. They gave a measly 10% discount. Pfft thanks.
