We were told several times over the last month they would be coming and never came. So I absolutely did not trust at that point they would complete all of our requests. One being the removal of a tree that was rotting, and some trimming of other trees. We had no idea the one was rotting until a GIANT limb fell off and severely damaged 4 of our neighbors vehicles over a month ago. They finally came to complete the job today. In my opinion you can be the nicest person/people, but when it comes to business, the lack of communication, saying they will be coming and not showing up along with the laundry list of excuses isn’t worth the thousands of dollars being spent. Also, the fact that they left several pop cans in the front and backyard is very unprofessional. I mentioned the fact that they left a can the last time they were here and asked for it to be picked up. Apparently the response was let’s leave more. Disgusting, and disrespectful. If for some reason we need any kind of tree service, we will be doing business with another company unfortunately, and I will not be recommending this company.
