I wish they had told me this in advance so I could have made a better choice. They offered an extended warranty on the fabric and now I know why. It’s trash fabric. I’m so very sad I have to live with this pilled junk for 20 years or until I pass (I’m 70 and this was to be my last ever new furniture purchase.

We entered the store and found a chair right at the door. My wife sat in the chair, she said it was the first time a chair ever hugged her. I agreed after a test. We then were approached by a younger man who turned out to be the manager, I think. The whole process was premature, but he listened to what wanted, showed us maybe six chairs that would meet our needs. We ended up at the chair by the door. We decided to go ahead, except we weren't sure what pieces would fit. After going home and deciding what would fit. We made our purchase which again was easy and pleasant. So the store helped immensely from the not knowing what to do to, help at the purchase. Very pleased with the whole experience.
