I was supported enough to know that Ace isn't the only place with the helpful folks.
Also, I dunno if it was shared in the company, so I'll say it here, even though she may have been in the other Peoria location.
Savannah was awesome. Not only was she spot on and helpful, but she knows how to hold good conversation while keeping up with anything. They should give her a raise.
Also, Lowe's is awesome for home improvement in general. The lights we bought literally made the best upgrade.
Totally 5/5

Lowes will always be my go to spot for just about everything. I started out with Lowes as a new homeowner some 25 years ago and I have been going there since. 7th home purchased and all but two were remodeled with Lowe's products and tools. The only reason all 7 weren't done with Lowe's products is that two were brand new and they did get Lowe's appliances and Lowe's paint when updated, not Lowe's brand, just purchased through Lowes. Lowe's could carry a better high end power tool than DeWalt as DeWalt has really gone downhill over the last several years. I own every darn power tool that DeWalt has ever put out in 18v and 20v XR Brushless but if they don't step up again this will be it and we will be parting ways. Aside from that I am a Lowe's fan. Don't get me started about the guys behind the Pro desk because I think a whole lot about a few of them and yes Tracy I am talking about you. Here's a couple remodels and whole lot of money invested in the DeWalt Corp.but you get the idea.

Good selection of items, but their rewards are no good. The rewards do not allow for the expensive countertops to be included. So if you spend over $10K here you get nothing. In addition, the counter service desk is good sometimes and many times is just bad. They don’t have the authority to accept returns that are in good condition but over their time policy. Need to improve their performance and service for me to think about coming here for my next project.

They have a very poor delivery service. The driver came to my drive way and stopped for 5 minutes and left without delivering our appliance. He mentioned that we were not at home. However, we were at home and kept our door open as well. Their delivery services are not trustworthy!

Went to Lowe's on a Saturday to order a new washing machine, had a great experience and they informed me the washing machine would be delivered Monday, when I was going to be off work. However, later that night we received a call saying they were going to deliver the floor model and asked if that was okay. I said no, since we are spending all this money we would like new in the box. The team member said we needed to come back to the store so they can return it and repurchase it. They said the new delivery date would be Friday. We stressed that it needed to be delivered after noon so my husband would be out of work. Thursday rolled around and Lowe's said our delivery would be between 8am and Noon. I had to call my parents to come to my house to receive my new washer. I paid to have the washer installed and the old one hauled away. They stated they couldn't install it and that I would have to call a plumber. We called the plumber and he installed the washer. We called Lowe's to haul away our old one but they said they could only do it on Tuesdays which my husband and I both work until 5pm. So again I had my parents come over. They said they would be at my house between 11:30 am and 3:30pm. At 12:30 pm we get a message saying they are heading our way. It is 4:04 pm and they still have not showed up.
Update: They showed up at 4:12 pm.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
