Our office recently went through a move. Our office furniture is in good shape which we previously purchased from Lincoln Office several years ago. In order to make the existing Steelcase desks work in the new office space I needed some additional pieces. I contacted Lincoln Office. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. The next day someone called me back and told me they would get with their team and call me back. A week went by and no one called back. I called back and they put me into someone's voicemail. I left a message but did not receive a call back. I called back a couple days later and left another voicemail on the general mailbox. A different salesperson called me back, apologized for the lack of communication, and asked me to send him some photos of the desks, which I did. I never heard back. The date of our move arrived, so I ended up finding a local woodworking shop that had the tools to cut some of the pieces for us and we made it work. I emailed and texted that last salesperson letting him know we found another place to help. He never responded back, nor did anyone else from Lincoln Office. I am guessing we're a small company compared to some of their other clients but to us we spent significant money with this company on this furniture. I expected at least the courtesy of a call back saying that wouldn't be able to help us. I will be sure use a different office furniture company when upgrade our furniture and desks here in the next few years.

Lincoln Office has an AMAZING design eye and excellent project managers. We have worked with them for a couple of our tenant fitouts now and each and every time they deliver above and beyond. They won't settle for things that are "ok" or "it will work". They continue to find the perfect piece to empower the space and give the client that wow factor. They have done beautiful warehouse chic office fitouts as well as professional office building suites that want that modern refresh look. I would not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Office for your project!

The entire team at Lincoln Office has been fantastic to work with. Working from home, I am at times in need of a conference room to use. Kyle, Carissa, and the rest of the staff have always been helpful and welcoming. In addition to being incredibly talented in their design work, they are fantastic community partners as well.

Custom commercial office furniture refers to workspace furnishings specifically designed and manufactured to meet the unique requirements of a company. This includes considerations for layout, workflow, branding, and functionality. Unlike standard retail options, custom furniture provides tailored solutions that enhance productivity, employee comfort, and the overall aesthetic of the office environment.
Why should my business choose custom office furniture instead of standard retail options?
Businesses opt for custom office furniture due to its superior durability, alignment with brand identity, and optimized space utilization. Custom pieces are crafted to precisely fit room dimensions, accommodate specific technology needs, and withstand daily use - advantages not typically found in mass-produced furniture. Additionally, custom furniture allows businesses to create a distinctive and professional atmosphere that impresses both employees and clients.
What types of commercial furniture can you build?
Our capabilities extend to designing and ordering a comprehensive range of custom office furniture. This includes workstations, cubicles, executive desks, conference room tables, reception desks, lobby furniture, collaborative seating areas, breakout spaces, storage cabinets, shelving units, and ADA-compliant office furniture.
