- IIIVBJ5 days ago1.0Bought 2 couches abd ottoman. Within a year, the couches started sagging and felt like stiff boards. Penny sold them to us. Called them, they said they can send a technician for $ 160 plus tax to see if there is anything wrong with them from manufacturer- of course, he will say nothing is wrong- really????? Way to quickly make $ 200…. Lesson learned: will NEVER buy from LaZBoy- and will warn my coworkers and friends about it. It’s a big name but quality is lower than Shermans.
