I asked about pricing late one night and by 730 the next morning I had an entire layout of all my choices and prices clearly laid out. We chose and scheduled installation and were quoted around mid May for install. They actually installed this week (4/21)! We are so pleased with our new pool. We’ve had a pool for 10+ years and have never had the customer service like this. We are so happy to have came across Gopher Pools! Great job to your team!!

- APAngela PropstMay 30, 20181.0We purchased above ground pool and have nothing but trouble since installation They put sand under liner but you could feel all the braces so the 2 nd summer they come back and so called fixed it did nothing but spend sand around for 30 minutes and left. We told them it did nothing to fix problem and their answer was it will be fine. Beginning of 3rd year for pool and a huge hole in the bottom where the liner rubbed against the braces. Now all Riley has done is make excuses and will not call my husband. Last year we would have to call and call and get pissed because he was always to busy to call back. So once they get your money your screwed they are done with you. I just called back and Riley is busy helping customers in store. Which he said he would call my husband. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I wouldn’t hire you to set up a blow up pool.
