  Wish I could give 0 stars! 100% don’t recommend JTS pools. They don’t stand behind their product. They don’t answer calls or emails. They’ll promise you they’ll help before you buy the product and say they’ll be there every step of the way but as soon as you pay for it they wipe their hands of it. Their “contractors” are a joke who will scam you as well. Then JTS pools will say they just recommend them even though the contractors say how they get business is JTS pools and that’s who they work for. One of their contractors told me JTS sold me a lemon and was not at all what I paid for. I have told lots of people not to buy from JTS when they said they were going to and I will post on Facebook and tell everyone at my work and have my family tell everyone not to buy from JTS pools. Unless they make it right and refund me my money I will be going through with my lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

  We recently found a leak in our hot tub. I called JTS and Corey came out right away and fixed it. He kept in constant communication throughout the process and his customer service was amazing. I will call JTS for any of my spa needs in the future.

  SAVE YOURSELF AND USE THE OTHER POOL STORE IN OTTAWA. I hired this company to come out and do a leak detection on my above ground pool. I told him I was losing over an inch of water a day they brought their equipment looked around and said, they found a pinhole, and they caulked around my skimmer just in case. I was not home and Both things they did look like absolute garbage. The caulk is runny wasn’t smoothed out and impossible to get off of my pool now and the patch is cut super uneven and the corners are pealing up looks like a peice of garbage on the bottom of my pool. they also left their garbage and scraps on the deck. the next day I ended up finding the actual leak. It was a 2 inch hole in the bottom of the pool right in the middle. I patched it myself. I called to let them know and request part of a refund. They laughed at me and said people make mistakes I paid for a leak detection and they came out and did a leak detection Just because they didn’t find it Isn’t their faulty. it seems like if you’re going to hire this company to do a leak detection you’re better off just swimming around the bottom looking for it yourself because that’s more than they did. Horrible customer service from the manager in there. Laughing and telling me it’s impossible to cut a vinyl patch straight and glue it down properly or find the leak, which is the only purpose for them being out there save yourself the hassle, money and time and use a different company

  Have been buying all of our chemicals here for years and had 2 pools installed by them, had a lot of trouble getting the chemicals balanced this year, took a water sample in at 4:01, was told they stopped testing one hour before closing, refused even though it was literally one minute, try to support local businesses, but will never set foot in this store again
