- DBDarla BlackJul 7, 20251.0Went in to buy a heave duty pool ladder for our swimming pool last year. our request was that it would hold over a 200 person , the ladder was in a box ,we unwrapped it and put it together. It was a horrible ladder, wasn't even sturdy, we called and told them we we not happy that a $300 ladder was flimsy. We asked to bring it back but they refused saying if it was out of the box and put together it was nonrefundable. Very disappointed and now we're out $300 for a piece of trash ladder
