  Naperville Chimney Sweeps did a great job installing protective screening to keep birds out of my furnace flue. Service Technicians Phil and Don discussed the process and then cleaned out and repaired the chimney. Very nice work!

  Naperville Chimney Services has been inspecting and cleaning our fireplace and chimney for years. The technicians are very informative, helpful and professional. They are also very neat and clean in the process. A couple years ago they found that our tile flue was basically falling apart. They were able to install a stainless steel liner and epoxy the smoke chamber. Things have been great! This year we included the dryer vent inspection/cleaning with the fireplace. They are just as meticulous and helpful with that service. I would highly recommend Naperville Chimney Services to anyone!

  The team was timely and extremely detailed. I had them perform a detailed inspection of my chimney which had not been done since I purchased my home. They were very conscience of keeping my home clean and answered all of my questions. Would always recommend and will surely be calling again for any future services regarding chimneys.

  Phil, Amy and Wayne did an excellent job on a chimney rebuild from first contact through completion of the project. Was always informed of processes throughout the entire project. House was as clean or cleaner when they were finished. I would recommend for any chimney work.

  Attention to detail was incredible. I have been using another service since 1995, but after stumbling upon Naperville Chimney on Facebook and minding their posts of training, safety, thoroughness with modern technology and tools. I called for an estimate of typical services. Perhaps I should not say this, but I expected to hear double the estimate! I expected a final report of similar to the previous cleanings; I was shocked to see first-hand the camera views showing multiple issues that need to address before next season. It was cute having my previous Sweeps show-up in long duster coats and wearing stovepipe hats, but it's clear NCS are professionals and reasonably priced.
