- EVenrique valdez6 days ago1.0Had to go look for some one to help me find a product that said was in store and it wasn't the employee them selves let me know that its a mess at the store and they are missing a bunch of stock wonder if they are even keeping up with there inventory maybe shooting outs for things that aren't there just needs to be better all around.
- JSjennifer ScottlenApr 29, 20264.0Im a mother of 5 kids, 3 of my kids go to college and the other 2 are in high school, and what I witnessed today was heart breaking, i saw around an hour ago an associate helping a costumer, very professional, and i just so happened to be a couple of feet away when the customer was almost yelling at the young man helping, i was not able to hear much but i did hear a small bit of what he said to the associate, something about the young man being “a waste of space..” the customer left all mad, and the poor young man stood there in shock. The thing is the young man did nothing wrong, not sure what the customers issue was but the associate handled the situation really well, he stayed passionate and did not talk back, i had to leave the store due to a family emergency but just wanted to come here and let you guys know how well he handled it, and maybe do something small for him as a team, no human should be told that ever, he looked like my kids age. Poor kid.. he was tall, glasses, a blue-ish shirt with black pants I believe, did not really catch a full glimpse, rooting for that young man!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the materials available are nice and high-quality. Shout out to Mike & Allison from the garden center. I just finished a landscaping project and they were both super helpful and knowledgeable about materials and they helped me load my car. They are rockstars!
- HRHeni RoseApr 15, 20265.0Recently, my dad came in for some pieces of wood, and when he was in need of assistance with cutting up the wood, the sales associate Jordi, assisted right away and was very kind and accurate with his work, my dad was so pleased with his helping that he came home with a big smile on his face, stating that he brightened up his whole day, im very glad to hear that lowe’s has Jordi in the store.
