  We love our new Lovesac Sactional! Shopping at the Orland Park Showroom was super easy, I had done a ton of research beforehand and just needed to answer a few questions in person, Alexis helped us with our initial plan and all of my questions, then Christian helped in finalizing our purchase after we went home and measured again and made a few small changes. I was grateful for their help in answering all of our questions and being able to see the different fabrics in person and sit on the different couches to know for sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted something very specific and I got the couch of my dreams! The custom peacock velvet covers were supposed to arrive with in 8-12 weeks but I was very excited when they arrived a few weeks earlier. FedEx delivered the seats and sides first, I had no issues with my delivery because I was home and watching for the truck, the covers came a few weeks later and also had no issues receiving them. The setup process was super easy after watching the videos online, we did not have any issues with getting the covers on which is something I was worried about. It took about 2 hours to unbox and set up. I did end up having a question after the initial setup/build but was able to get it fixed over the phone after speaking with Kummi in the store. The whole process was super easy, the couch is sturdy, well built and extremely comfortable, I highly recommend 100/10 experience with Lovesac and the Orland Park Showroom!!

  The buying process was awesome. The delivery was awful. I was given a 4 hour window and they left it in the middle of my driveway without ringing the doorbell. Left the receipt under the box. The store said there is nothing that can be done. It’s disappointing and no matter how great this couch is It’ll be the last love sac we buy.

  Great Customer Service! My husband and I have had a small Love Sac Sactional for about 5 years. We recently moved and wanted to add a few pieces to make a bigger sectional. Even though the cover that we had purchased with our original set had been discontinued, we were able to purchase a custom cover to match our originals with minimal extra cost and they are almost a perfect match (tiniest bit different if you're looking for it, likely from being a different die batch or fading from the last 5 years but no one but me is going to notice..). If I'm being honest, I'm so jaded from dealing with other furniture stores and companies that thrive on discontinuing items or services to force you to replace/upgrade. I fully expected that we were going to be out of luck and need to buy all new covers-- so glad they had a solution for us! Additionally, when the new pieces were delivered, we realized that in all of the options we had looked at for layouts and features with the sales person, both of us and the sales person mistakenly finalized the wrong quote--we had decided on the storage seats but ended up ordering the standard seats and even signed the sheet confirming that the custom covers could not be returned. I called this morning full expecting, again, to be out of luck and frankly I wouldn't have blamed them since we reviewed the order and signed the sale stating that everything was correct. Great surprise to us --they were super helpful and willing to do an exchange, only had to pay the difference in the cost of the two products, not even a restocking fee or shipping fee. They're even letting us use the pieces we are returning while we wait for the new pieces to be delivered. Thrilled with their outstanding customer service and assistance.
