I asked him to look at other lowes and he was very grumpy and rude told me to look it up on line myself. The most lazy person i have ever encountered. You would by him being older he would have some work ethics but no. Maybe he is mad he still has to work at his old age. But this is not good characterization of lowes or is this how lowes wants to be. I can understand why people shop on line its people like Kevin.

Amanda from Customer Service is AWESOME! I purchased the microwave via Lowe's web site and Amanda proactively called me to let me know that the unit's box was damaged to allow me to make a decision to go ahead and keep the purchase (I was given a chance to cancel). When I drove to the store to pick up the unit, Amanda happened to be working at the pick up counter. She greeted me with warmth and was very patient when I wanted to add installation service and extended warranty. Lowe's at Orland Park should be very proud of Amanda for her professional and cheerful services to customers. The third-party installation services was done on schedule without problem. Bill and Omar from Boss Installations were courteous and professional. They contact me 1 hour before their arrival and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Overall, this entire experiences couldn't be any better. Kudos to Lowe's Orland Park (Amanda) and Boss Installations (Bill and Omar)!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
