Left the receipt under the box. The store said there is nothing that can be done. It’s disappointing and no matter how great this couch is It’ll be the last love sac we buy.

They went above & beyond helping to customize our sectional to our dimensions - also ensuring to show us every feature & moving different cushion types around the show room to advise just how customizable it was. We had been looking into the couches online for several months, but were hesitant to purchase without physically testing/seeing them. Grateful that these showrooms exist & that Cristhian is part of Lovesac! They had also advised us that the pieces can take up to 2 weeks to deliver, but had been ahead of schedule recently - we received our couch & had it put together in five days! Almost unheard of to receive a couch in that short of time. Thank you thank you thank you!
