  We love our new Lovesac Sactional! Shopping at the Orland Park Showroom was super easy, I had done a ton of research beforehand and just needed to answer a few questions in person, Alexis helped us with our initial plan and all of my questions, then Christian helped in finalizing our purchase after we went home and measured again and made a few small changes. I was grateful for their help in answering all of our questions and being able to see the different fabrics in person and sit on the different couches to know for sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted something very specific and I got the couch of my dreams! The custom peacock velvet covers were supposed to arrive with in 8-12 weeks but I was very excited when they arrived a few weeks earlier. FedEx delivered the seats and sides first, I had no issues with my delivery because I was home and watching for the truck, the covers came a few weeks later and also had no issues receiving them. The setup process was super easy after watching the videos online, we did not have any issues with getting the covers on which is something I was worried about. It took about 2 hours to unbox and set up. I did end up having a question after the initial setup/build but was able to get it fixed over the phone after speaking with Kummi in the store. The whole process was super easy, the couch is sturdy, well built and extremely comfortable, I highly recommend 100/10 experience with Lovesac and the Orland Park Showroom!!

  The buying process was awesome. The delivery was awful. I was given a 4 hour window and they left it in the middle of my driveway without ringing the doorbell. Left the receipt under the box. The store said there is nothing that can be done. It’s disappointing and no matter how great this couch is It’ll be the last love sac we buy.

  Cristhian was OUTSTANDING! They went above & beyond helping to customize our sectional to our dimensions - also ensuring to show us every feature & moving different cushion types around the show room to advise just how customizable it was. We had been looking into the couches online for several months, but were hesitant to purchase without physically testing/seeing them. Grateful that these showrooms exist & that Cristhian is part of Lovesac! They had also advised us that the pieces can take up to 2 weeks to deliver, but had been ahead of schedule recently - we received our couch & had it put together in five days! Almost unheard of to receive a couch in that short of time. Thank you thank you thank you!

We really appreciate your hard work and dedication to helping us out in designing our couches, and getting all our accessories too. Very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions we had.
