    Overall an excellent experience, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product line and all options. She carefully listened to our comments and answered all our questions. She was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to decide. The showroom was very nicely organized, well lit welcoming. A very good selection of recliners and much other furniture than i expected.

    Purchased a $5000 couch 1 year ago and having issues. The cushioning under the seat is warping and the fabric is snagging. Paid extra for the warranty and submitted a claim. It was denied due to wear and tear. After one year and its wear and tear? I wont but a la z noy again. If you do, dont get the warranty, its a waste of money.
