I find that there are times when I need an expert to guide me to the right purchase decision and that is the case here. Rather than guessing which vacuum to buy, here we have specialists dedicated to helping me find the right product. We have purchased two vacuums here and have been very pleased with our purchases. Both of our vacs were brands previously unfamiliar to me but they were exactly what we needed and I am very happy with the help and suggestions we received here.

The salesman came out to our house and replaced the machine when my husband called to tell him what happened. I always buy supplies there and have my vacuum serviced each year. Great store, great people.
