He explained every single portion of his plan, what he was doing during execution, why he did it, what we need to do for maintenance in the future, for prevention, and more! He took his time to go through the entire interior portion of the property and the exterior areas. He took photos of exterior structural issues that could potentially allow pests to wreak havoc. He took extra time to explain what and why the aforementioned could be an issue. Across the board, we had an awesome experience with Niko! We are beyond appreciative! Ask for Niko!
