The store refused to let me pickup my order. I ordered an entire closet system weeks earlier, of which didn't work because there was a 4" clearance in the design the designer created with a 16" shelf. Reinstalling and hanging up my closet is essentially waiting on four new shelves - of which the store refuses to pull for me. Wish I had just come in and asked for the shelves instead of placing an online order. Don't promise same day pickup online if you can't deliver it.
