Heejin Lee was quick to show us what we were looking for, take us around the showroom, offer fabric samples, compare prices, ask about comfort level, and show us various different color options. She was patient, professional, genuinely helpful, and told us to take our time and really think about our purchase. She wasn't pushy and, despite the store nearing closing, didn't dare rush us. Heejin is the finest example of customer service, grace, and professionalism, and she was instrumental in my choosing of a loveseat from Room & Board. Whatever she's being paid, double it.

I’d recommend following the outlet’s instagram for some sneak peeks of their inventory - note that they do change from time to time. Delivery time was reasonable (Oct 4 ordered and Oct 29 delivered). Shout out to the delivery folks Andrew and Victor from NJ - they were professional, on time, and efficient.

The quality is EXCEPTIONAL - some pieces ~9 years old and still look brand new (even with kids who try to destroy everything). The style is timeless - really sleek and absolutely beautiful (obsessed with their walnut). Comfy too! And the staff is so willing to help, never felt pushed to buy, just an amazing experience. If you're wondering, I have a lot of RH too, and I will never buy from there again (genuinely not even close, you're paying for a name). I'm a R&B lifer, here!
