While I was waiting in the driver's seat with my car running, a store employee rushed out to tell me I could not "park" there. I had only been there for a few minutes. I am guessing this swift reaction was provoked by the fact that my car is older and does not fit the image of staid refinement the store tries to cultivate. No thanks to this place. I will take my business elsewhere, and so will my relative.

However, there is a man with long hair—I’m not sure if he is Indian or Mediterranean—who has not been very professional or friendly. He does not greet clients or make eye contact when they ask questions, and this has happened multiple times.

The delivery drivers Dee and Andre were very careful and treated my home like it was their own, a lot of other furniture stores outsource their drivers and Room and Board doesn’t , 2nd great experience with this company , quality furniture and service!!!!!
