    Go see Undray at the Shiloh location. Not only did they have best options for our living room, but he made the whole experience top notch! Super knowledgeable, and very easy to work with!

    I was waited on by a young lady sorry forgot her name but she was the greatest!! I was very specific about what I wanted and she nailed it it the recliner I really wanted was way too expensive so she called her boss and explained everything to him who by the way was great also and I got my recliner instead of 50% off came to 80% off I am a widow and on fixed income soo this was great. I will go nowhere else but the ere and also tell others

    We bought from Dray, who was excellent. Our sofa was delivered on time, and Dray arranged for a charity to pick up our old sectional 30 minutes after the Lazy Boy delivery was finished. The delivery people were great, too, and carried our old sectional to the curb for us.

    Working with the O’Fallon, IL La-Z-Boy designer (Mackenzie) and store manager (Andrew) was a pleasure. I wanted to add a few more curated pieces to my design and they both made it possible. I am very happy with the furnishing quality and the exceptional customer service both professionals gave. Thank you!

    The Lazy Boy store in O’Fallon, IL is great! Kayla was so helpful and patient as we shopped. We came in for one sofa and left with two sofas and two recliners. We are grateful for her help and super excited to receive our new furniture.
