Everything was going and I wasn’t looking forward to picking out furniture, rug, lights, accessories, etc. I had no idea that Lazboy has free design service and working with Mackenzie was wonderful!! She designed floor plans, helped me choose fabrics and even picked out wall decor. We are so happy with the results.

This was very helpful. They also helped my wife and me in coordinating fabric options for the furniture. The store is very nicely set up with great exhibits to get an idea of different set up options and to sit on the different furniture to find ones we felt were most comfortable. Thanks for your help!

I wanted to order a discontinued piece and called the Manchester store first, they were short with me but left some clues that it was in fact still available. I called the IL store, left a message, and they responded the next day. Kayla did all the research, answered my questions and made a pretty sizable amount sale off of me! She was awesome!
