  While the customer service Ray provided was great, we were surprised that the ‘internet deal’ wasn’t such a deal after all. It leads you to believe that all you’ll be paying is $45 instead of the original 60+ dollars - but after paying the $20 admin fee they don’t tell you about over the phone … it’s not a deal at all. You’re literally paying the full price. So if you see this deal, make sure you have at least an extra $30 to spare. Thank you for your response, but you also forgot to mention what you just said here in your response. Maybe you should tell people that over the phone, because you didn’t tell us.

  Ray was very helpful and as far as I am concerned , he went out of his way to help me with getting the unit that I was looking for. If you're looking for a storage facility with great customer service. Just ask for Ray.
