  We purchased a new home with a pool. We called Russo’s to assist with the opening. We were given a time frame, they never showed up. We called and the lady (Rose) was extremely rude from the start. She refused to tell us a time frame, told us they were busy and hung up. When they finally came, the workers were nice and apologized for Rose’s behavior. We called them to assist in closing the pool. Within a couple of weeks, the cover was off. Additionally, they put the cover on upside down, causing black pieces to enter our pool. We called, once again, Rose was our contact. Once again- Rose could not be bothered. She told us our pool would be fine, it will just be a pain to clean in the spring (exactly why we wanted it covered). She wouldn’t let us finish a sentence without interrupting. When we told her we wouldn’t longer be using Russos services her response was a very condescending “ok”. Clearly they do not care about customer service. Unfortunately, they are quite busy even with the poor customer service. I hope at some point they feel the repercussions of the total lack of professionalism. Save yourself money and the headache and find a pool service that does their job and cares about the customers.

  I just want to take a minute and comment about this store. I purchased a spa from Russo's (Cantabria Caldera). Russo's came out prior and took all the measurements of my deck at no charge. The leading competitors wanted me to pay $50.00 for a service call (on a $15,000.00 spa!) so they would know what to do when delivering it. After install, they taught me how to use it, and serviced it accordingly. When I had a problem with the finish (manufacturers defect, one in a million I should have played the lottery) Russo's went out of the way to pull the 2 year old one out, deliver the brand new one, and NOT CHARGE ME FOR DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY FELT BAD ($500.00 savings). So go ahead and say anything you want about this company, think what ever it is that you will think, but when you need a warranty repair and or service work completed the company you buy from will be the ones at the end doing your service install and warranty work so word to the wise: chose carefully. Russo's, I sincerely appreciate having you around, and I am glad that I bought from your family run business. Keep up the good work, and unparalleled service. You have created a customer for life, and if I ever need another spa I promise to buy and have you maintain it forever.
