We started in a unit that was advertised as $165/month. In less than a year, the price increased to nearly $500/month. Identical units advertised online were still priced at $165. Management wouldn't budge on compromising. The only option they gave us was to book a new reservation under a different name and move all of our belongings down the hall.

When we first registered, our quote was unbeatable compared to other storage facilities we checked out. The attendant was incredibly helpful and set us up with the perfect unit for our needs. The storage unit itself was spotless, the elevator made moving items convenient, and there were always plenty of dollies available each time we visited. We were in between moves and occasionally needed to access our items unexpectedly — even on holidays like July 4th — and it was never a problem. Entry with our personal access code was quick and reliable every time. The drive-in bays are spacious and well-designed, making it easy to load and unload. We even brought a large cargo van and a full-size SUV on separate trips, and there was still room for other vehicles to pass through without issue. When it came time to move out, the process was just as smooth. We cleaned out our unit, left it unlocked, and gave Extra Space a quick call. Lloyd helped finalize everything and made the close-out process incredibly quick and easy. We’ll definitely use Extra Space Storage again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and convenient storage option
